What happened
- •22 June 2023 — original notice published.
- •2–4 October 2023 — online tests encountered serious technical problems.
- •8 November 2023 — test delivery suspended.
- •28 May 2024 — amended notice reopened applications, annulled the October 2023 test events, introduced 24-language testing and replaced the case study with a Written Test.
- •9 July 2024 — reopened application deadline.
- •31 December 2024 — corrected supporting-document deadline.
- •30 January 2025 — reasoning, field MCQ and Written Test held.
- •21 October 2025 — main reserve lists published.
- •May 2026 — reserve-list addenda published.
Current state
The competition is closed. Reserve lists exist for all three fields. It is wrong to describe the May 2024 reopening as current or to invite new applications now.

Validity-date note
The field overview pages display 31 December 2028. The later addendum pages state that the lists are valid until 30 June 2029. EPSOHQ presents the later addendum date and exposes both sources so readers can see the difference.
