Snapshot
Both fields are built around the same AD6 professional posture: independent work, complex problem solving, rapid reaction under pressure, and clear communication. The tasks are not academic. They are case-management and enforcement tasks.
Core Concepts
- •AD6 administrators support decision-making in policy design, implementation and resource management.
- •Expected behaviours include motivation, initiative, creativity, pressure management and effective communication.
- •Shared case-handler tasks include legal, factual, technical and economic analysis.
- •Shared drafting tasks include analytical reports, case assessments, briefing notes, requests for information, statements of objections, decisions and compliance assessments.
- •Shared evidence tasks include gathering, evaluating and interpreting documents, data and technical information.
- •Shared cooperation tasks include work with national authorities, EU bodies, international partners, regulated entities, third parties and civil society.
- •Confidentiality is part of communication. Enforcement outcomes must be communicated in line with confidentiality requirements.
Exam Angles
- •In a scenario, identify the stage of the enforcement lifecycle before choosing the tool.
- •Treat evidence, procedure and communication as linked. A good case handler does not collect evidence without thinking about legal use and confidentiality.
