Use the procedure-specific application form in English. Keep evidence ready, but do not submit supporting documents until Frontex requests them. Never alter the protected application form.

Before applying: read the exact notice and annexes; record profile, deadline and reference.Before applying: check nationality, diploma or qualifying service route, experience, licence, language and profile-specific age conditions.Submission: complete and save the original procedure-specific form in English, following Annex I.Evidence preparation: list dates, employers, duties, qualifications and supporting records for each claim. Keep copies ready for the later verification request.After submission: keep the original submitted form and generated submission code. Only the first application is assessed under these notices.Before physical tests: obtain the required medical certificate within the notice’s ten-day window.Before each test: check invitation, identity document, device/camera/microphone, location and arrival time. Follow the specified conditions.After invitation: follow the official medical appointment and document-verification instructions. Provide health information directly to the designated service.
